Shipping
All
items are shipped UPS ground unless rush shipping is requested (higher
fees will apply). Allow 2 business days for processing, and 2-12
business days to reach destinations depending upon location. Orders are
only shipped to the

Return Policy
We
want our customers to be happy. We thoroughly inspect all merchandise
before it is shipped. However, if an animal or article of clothing is
defective, it will be exchanged or a credit issued if the item is not
in stock. We will pay shipping to replace any defective items. However,
due to health regulations animals may not be returned.
Clothing and accessories may be returned within 15 days from shipping date with prior approval for credit or exchange. All postage must be paid by the returnee. All items must be returned in the same packaging and in the original condition. Call in a return request to (352) 378-9523 or email us.
